IFF has appointed Sabrya Meflah as President of its Fine Fragrances business unit, effective immediately. Ms. Meflah, currently Vice President, Regional General Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa, succeeds Dionisio Ferenc. In this new role, she will be responsible for the strategy and growth of IFF's Fine Fragrance business unit.

Sabrya Meflah joined IFF in 1995 for an internship in the company's marketing department. Since then, the scope of her responsibilities has continued to expand. Over the past eight years, as Vice President, Regional General Manager for the extended EMEA region, she has achieved above-market revenue growth under her responsibility; and has established IFF as a clear leader among global luxury fragrance brands.
In 2019, Sabrya Meflah opened the Atelier du Parfumeur, in Grasse, in response to the specific needs of the high-luxury sector, the fastest-growing segment in perfumery. This Grasse-based Atelier gave IFF access to a unique creation and production facility for haute-parfumery. Sabrya Meflah has also contributed to the development of the IFF team in the Middle East and Africa, enabling IFF to become a leader in this region.

Sabrya Meflah holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication from Idrac Business School, and the "Mastering Business Agility" program from IFF/Insead. She will be based in the creative center of Paris.
